May Goals

It is a brand new month and there are several things I’d like to achieve in May, so I thought I’d keep myself on track by sharing my goals with you all! My main focus is consistency. I can be really good for a few days, then go completely off track before reigning myself in again. In May I want to stop going off track so that I don’t keep halting my progress. So, here are my goals!

  1. Eat Clean with one cheat meal a week
  2. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
  3. Get 8 hours of sleep every day.
  4. Go to the gym & strength train 4 times a week.
  5. Train for cycling London to Brighton.
  6. Do my skincare routine everyday.
  7. Track my workouts – every single one!
  8. Remember to take my vitamins and supplements everyday.
  9. Plan my meals for the week in advance.
  10. Blog 3 times a week!!

So that’s it, these are my main goals for May. At the start of April I’ll review these goals and see how well I did with each one. What about you, have you got any goals for May?

    They’re really good goals :).
Good luck with the cycling, I cycled across Ireland last year, you feel such a sense of achievement afterwards!

Thank you! I cycled 50 miles last year on next to no training and it was a struggle, but I really enjoyed it! Congrats on cycling across Ireland!! :) x

Great post! I think I may have to follow suit and give myself some health and wellbeing goals for the next month or so, I’ve been failing miserably so far.
