1. Jawbone UP24

Help your loved one keep a constant eye on their level of fitness outside of the gym with this stylish wristband fitness and sleep tracker. The Jawbone UP24 not only looks great, but it will help to encourage them to keep moving throughout the day – great for if they work a desk job! Via Bluetooth smart, the wristband syncs with an app on your phone to show you daily reports of how you’re doing. Set yourself goals and see how far you are from hitting your goal each day. Not only that, but UP24 also tracks how well you’re sleeping.

2. FitBook Fitness and Nutrition Journal

This book is on my wish list (hint hint Santa)! I love writing things down and at only 5.5 square inches, this book is handy for taking to the gym and logging your workouts, from how much weight you’ve lifted to the number of reps. Not only that but you can set goals for the week ahead, log your food journal each day and track your stats. Ever get to the gym and forget how much weight you lifted on the leg press machine last week? With this book you can just flick the page and know exactly what weight to set the machine to. Research shows that people who write down their goals are 75% more likely to achieve them! This diary has enough pages to track 12 weeks, which is enough to start seeing a real difference.

3. Pretty Athletic Instant Refresh Exfoliating Shower Gel

Free from nasty ingredients and designed specifically to be used post-workout, this gem is a must-have for every gym bag. Jojoba microspheres gently exfoliate, removing sweat and impurities without irritating or damaging the skin. Menthol cools and refreshes, perfect for hot, sweaty skin. Lemon balm and rose water soothe and tone whilst orange, lemon, sandalwood and ylang ylang essential oils combine to give a lovely aromatic fragrance. I have this shower gel so I can personally recommend it as a great gift to give.

5. PROMiXX Vortex Protein Shaker

Anyone who has ever made a protein shake in a normal shaker will have, at some point, experienced the frustration of having the protein powder stick to the bottom of the shaker, or gather in clumps no matter how hard you shake the shaker. Ensure your loved ones enjoy a smooth protein shake forevermore with the PROMiXX Shaker. It has a battery powered motor which blends the shake for you. No more having to frantically shake your arm and risk spilling the contents all over yourself if the lid isn’t closed properly (just me? OK).

7. Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor and Sports Watch in Pink

This is the heart rate monitor that I have and I can’t workout without it now – I love it! This nifty little watch tells me how many calories I’m burning which is far more accurate than the machine’s estimations at the gym and also let’s me know when I’m in the optimal ‘zone’. It’s great for giving me that little push so that I burn more calories, or stay in the zone. Read my review of the Polar FT4 if this hasn’t already persuaded you!

8. Nike Pro Revival Sports Bra

Gone are the days where us small bosomed ladies are forced to look like teenage boys in the gym due to our sports bras squishing down our modest cleavage. Touted as Nike’s highest support bra yet, it is said to provide the ultimate fit for the ultimate workout. Not only that but it is ultra feminine for a sports bra – boobs everywhere, rejoice!

Whether it’s getting too cold to get your bare tootsies out, or you’re overdue a pedicure, don’t let it be an excuse to skip your yoga or pilates session. The over foot elastic ensures the sock stays in place and the additional grip on the sole means you won’t be sliding around during your session. If you know anyone into yoga and/or pilates, this will make a great gift especially in these colder months!

Finally, this Lululemon bag is both stylish and practical. Every gym-goer, whether avid or a newbie, needs a bag to carry their gym kit around. The Urban Sanctuary bag has a special pocket keeps sweaty gear separate from the rest of the contents, pockets for a water bottle, laptop and phone, a removable strap for a yoga mat and a large zipper opening for easy stash and grabs when you’re running late to a gym class.
