Recipe: Coconut Water and Chocolate Smoothie

I love a smoothie. They’re quick, portable, delicious and most importantly, nutritious. I can blend together ingredients I wouldn’t normally eat (spirulina anyone?), but pack a punch in vitamins, nutrients and health benefits. I drink smoothies for breakfast, a snack or a post-workout meal, they’re just so versatile! Coconut Water Green Smoothie

  • 70g <a href=”″>Spinach</a>
  • 100ml <a href=”″>Vita Coco Coconut Water</a>
  • 1 scoop <a href=”″>USN Diet Fuel Ultralean Chocolate Protein Powder</a>
  • 1 <a href=”″>Banana</a>
  • 1 tbsp <a href=”″>Almond Butter</a>
  • 1 tbsp <a href=”″>Milled Flaxseed</a>
  • 1 tbsp <a href=”″>Desiccated Coconut</a>
  • 1/2 tbsp <a href=”″>Chia Seeds</a>
  • 1 tsp <a href=””>Maca Powder</a>
  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth – that’s it!
  2. Pour into a jar or cup and add a straw to serve.
